This website presents Villa Morea, a private pool villa in Mournies, Chania, Crete (property registration no. 1252589), managed by Hotelyzer. Villa Morea is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

What this website collects

You can browse this website without giving us any personal data. The site has no user accounts and no newsletter. Like every web server, our hosting provider keeps short-term technical logs (such as IP address, date and requested page) for security and to keep the site running.

Fonts and maps

All fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to Google Fonts. The Google Maps map in the Location section is only loaded after you click “Show map”. From that moment, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

This website sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so no cookie banner is needed. Cookies may only be set by Google after you click “Show map”, or by the booking engine, under their own policies. You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

Bookings

“Book Now” buttons open the official booking engine at villamorea.hotelyzer.gr in a new tab. Data you enter there (name, contact details, payment) is processed to manage your booking, under the booking engine's own privacy policy.

Contact & enquiry form

If you send the contact form (name, phone, email, number of guests, dates and message) or contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we use this data only to answer your enquiry and organise your stay, and we keep it only as long as necessary for that purpose and for our legal obligations.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict its processing. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr). To exercise your rights, contact us using the details in the footer of this website or through the booking engine.
